35m sq with double bed, triple wardrobe , walk in wardrobe, chest of drawers and an en suite shower and WC.

20m sq contains old pine pillared double bed, small wardrobe, chair and a chest of drawers. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC. Situated on the Ground Floor the doors lead onto a large lower terrace and access to the grounds and garden.
